Our sitters provide care and assistance with activities and daily living as well as small meal preparation, routine linen change, light homemaker chores, marketing and driving to appointments. They assist with bed and tub baths and provide oral care. They assist with bedpan and bedside commode or toilet as needed, and assist with patient transfer from bed to chair or wheelchair. They also assist with hygiene and grooming. They encourage activities (as tolerated) and repositioning in bed. They monitor/record intake and output as requested on an assignment basis, report any changes in patient condition and/or needs. They remind patients to take medication and will give meds with written consent from family members. Our nurses and CNAs provide other duties as medical personnel to meet patients' needs. They will go to your home, hospital, nursing home, or retirement home. Wherever we are needed we will go with our patients.
